Our workshops and children's sessions in person help you or your child to learn mindfulness and meditation skills for life in interactive and fun ways.

If you host a parents or children's group, such as scouts or guides, playgroups, or parent support groups we can come and visit you. With tailored support to ensure your group gets the most they can from our visit.
We will work with you or your child to support your mental health, wellbeing and additional needs through specially tailored techniques. Supporting with stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and more, we can help you to create a mental health toolkit to integrate seamlessly into your day.

We know that every family, and every member of your family is different. So we can work with you to find ways in which to cater for your family's unique needs. Supporting you individually or as a group.
